Just released from prison, Git immediately slithers into the next tricky situation, where he starts a fight with gangster boss Tom French. He orders Git and Bunny, the experienced gangster, to catch a debtor on the run. A seemingly easy mission, but: Git is a newcomer to this, Bunny is unpredictable and Frank has no intention of being found. It is charmingly entertaining to follow the clumsy gangsters through a landscape of rural petrol stations and peat bogs. Packed full with humorous dialogue, this wonderful gem of a road movie really works. A taciturn but unbelievably cool Brendan Gleeson.
