Films from Haute-Normandie
Since 2002 the Braunschweig Film Festival and the north French film foundation Pôle Image have organized the exchange of films between the partner regions of Lower Saxony and Haute-Normandie.
The Pôle Image is presenting a short film programme in Braunschweig, all the directors will present their films: ANDANTE MEZZO FORTE of Annarita Zambrano, ZUFLUCHT of Grégoire Bénabent, DIE HURE UND DAS KÜKEN of Clément Michel as well as DIE GESCHICHTE DER FLIEGEREI of Bálint Kenyeres. At the same time the filmfest will be welcoming German and French teachers who are taking part in the Kinema exchange. They work on films which can be used in the classroom for foreign language teaching.
The German-French youth prize “Kinema“ will be awarded for the third time, and also a photograph exhibition by Sebastian Lang “Empty rooms pf passion“ will be shown in the Jakob-Kemenate.
