Can we protect threatened natural resources by making them into merchandise? There has been an attempt with the CO2 certificates - with hardly any success. The French documentary filmmakers Denis Delestrac and Sandrine Feydel investigate this question with impressive pictures and interesting interviews. The film critically questions the idea of measuring the price of nature and thus making it into an object of speculation for banks, hedge funds etc.
