The short film programme Green Horizons includes 8 films, which look at ecology and sustainability in very different ways. The varied and diverse programme includes the documentaries THE LEARNING ALLIANCE, about practical school children, or FLESH AND DUST, about Italian peasants, EAT MY DREAM about work in a fish factory and RUFFLING FEATHERS, about an Australian farm, the animated films MIEL BLEU and SERIOUSLY DEADLY SCIENCE, the short fiction film MAMAN UND DAS MEER, about a special way of recycling plastic bags and the satire SUBOTIKA -LAND DER WUNDER about a remote island state.
