Numbed with pain after the death of her mother, 17-year-old Iva sinks deeper and deeper into a dream world, in which memories and fantasies are woven into a seemingly impenetrable net. Affected by the realization that she didn’t know everything about her loved one, Iva begins to free herself from her isolation. A poetical drama by Sonja Prosenc, which subtly enters the subconscious of the audience. While her film THE THREE was static and anchored, her second film is like a river. Surprising sound effects and a classical score are not what we expect and take us to “other places.” To Iva’s quiet place and the unfamiliar places of her mother.
