At the International Film Festival, films and projects by students from the Braunschweig University of Art are presented. This year, the artistic work of classes from Michael Brynntrup, Candice Breitz and Corinna Schnitt will be shown. Along with the “Institut für Medienforschung”, there are four different facets of arts presented. For the first time, the exhibition takes place in rooms next to the cinema Universum. More than 175 short films are combined to a small festival within the festival. They will be screened in the Red and Blue Halls of the castle. The cooperation between the International Film Festival and the University of Art is a privilege and a stroke of luck. We would like to thank the involved professors Candice Breitz, Michael Brynntrup, Uli Plank and Corinna Schnitt as well as Christoph Janetzko and his participating employees and artists.
