Nicolas Rey’s involvement in the work of others: In Pip Chodorov`s short intimate travel report ROLAND 11/97 (1997), he appears as a film activist; for the short film SALAUD D`ARGENT.QUE MA LANGUES`ATTACHE À MON PALAIS, in1968 style, he joined a working group with other like-minded artists (not all filmmakers), who as part of an industrial dispute made a modern film together. Creatively the film can be positioned between Straub’s rigour and the ironic composure of Chris Marker; and in AMI, ENTENDS DU, Nathalie Nambot`s experiment on Anna Achmatova, he is responsible for the camera.
