In Roman mythology a deity that protects a certain place was called the “genius loci“. Nowadays this term describes rather some kind of an atmosphere or a spirit that is inherent in a place. This film is about the „genius loci“, the spirit of the city, that is fighting together with it’s inhabitants against the city’s destruction and for keeping this home and living environment alive.
