From an underground artist to a celebrated queer icon: with uncompromising texts, Silvana Imam fights for feminism and opposes any sort of racism and repression. In this way, the energetic Swedish punk rapper with Lithuanian and Syrian roots became the star of the young generation in Scandinavia. The film, which is at the same time a coming-of-age story, accompanies the musician over several years unsparingly closely and shows, apart from her rise to stardom, her first great chart successes as well as her very private, very emotional pop-love story as well.
