In the depths of the forest, a young woman raised by wolves is discovered and taken to a futuristic research station. In the belief that she needs to be rescued, activists abduct her and take her to a remote oil platform. The hope of a new “pure” human being for a post-apocalyptic society rests on her shoulders. First, however, the savage within her must be driven out. Thematically embedded in natural disasters and visually intoxicating images, THE WOLF, THE FOX AND THE LEOPARD is an extraordinary film that explores the conflicts and questions regarding wilderness and civilisation – what are the differences and similarities? – and how we should treat our planet.

Director's Biography:David Verbeek studied film, photography and philosophy in the USA and the Netherlands. R U THERE was selected for “Un Certain Regard” in Cannes. His work has earned him international recognition in the world of arthouse cinema.
