inestrange meets BIFF: The Cinestrange film fest would have been taken places for the fifth time this september but their very own film production SKY SHARK will keep it from taking place - due to the time-consuming and extravagant post production. Since both film fests maintained in good contact over time now this delightful collaboration with the Braunschweig International Filmfest emerged. On three evenings three movies will be presented in close cooperation with the DEADLINE film magazine.Chosen were Gaspar Noés CLIMAX, the slightly atypical thriller PIERCING about a serial killer as well as the korean creature feature MONSTRUM - which even premieres then in Germany. Traditionally after every movie there will be a panel discussion. Also there is no Cinestrange without a special event or party: on friday a visit is planned for the location, where SKY SHARKS was filmed and afterwards a get together is planned.
