Based on a novel by Bernhard Schlink: Jens Kessler, a former member of the RAF, is released from years of imprisonment. To celebrate the reunion, his sister Tina invites old companions to her country house. Tina's idea, however, turns out to be a horror scenario when Inga arrives with her husband Ulrich. Jens and Inga know each other from the past. Memories are awakened for all involved, long suppressed emotions suddenly boil up again and the question of the connection between the private and the political arises. What remains of the RAF in the maelstrom of history? A chamber drama with a prominent cast. i-Tunes Award for Best German Film.
