Picture by BARNEY PRODUCTION. In the north of France, a shoe factory is shut down. All machines go to Tunisia! With his severance pay, Hervé wants to make himself independent as a fisherman, together with his son. However, bureaucracy causes him trouble. And now in a suburb of Tunis, Foued stands in front of Hervé`s punch machine and dreams of a future together with his beautiful colleague... In this social comedy full of black humour, the paths of life of these endearingly drawn protagonists cross several times. The director and his fantastic actors have made a successful committed and authentic debut film with a lot of surprising turns.
