The German anthology film EERIE TALES contains the very first adaptation of Poe`s THE BLACK CAT. PoeMovies is dedicated to creating accurate film renditions. Curtis Harrington is widely regarded as one of the most important avant-garde directors of the 1940s, as well as an influential forerunner of New Queer Cinema.
