In keeping with the focus on animation, a short film programme is a must. The BIFF has enlisted the help of the Polish O!PLA Animation Festival. O!PLA FOCUS ON POLAND Vol. 11 presents a colourful mixture of 14 animated films from Poland which offer an insight into the contemporary Polish world of animation. The programme is traditionally selected by the biggest jury in the world: the audience. O!PLA stands for "Oh! Polish Animation!" and "Oh! People Love Animation" - yes, we love animation!
