Greenwashing: a term that has come to the fore in recent years as the urgency of the climate crisis has become increasingly clear. It is a disturbing phenomenon in which companies that call themselves sustainable - in the hope of attracting green investment - continue to cause the most severe environmental damage. The film is investigative in a way that is rarely seen and leaves one speechless.

We are deliberately showing this film with a subsequent panel of experts on the topic of green finance - the discussion in front of and with the audience should make it possible to understand the role of finance in sustainable transformation, but also highlight the limits and weaknesses that still exist: not every capital investment described as green is really highly sustainable yet.

Director's Biography:Born in Lausanne in 1990, Matteo Born spent a few years studying cinema at the London College of Communication. He is now a young director working for the national television of Switzerland. He collaborates with a television programme that has only one rule: tell human stories. GREENWASHING is the first collaboration with director Romain Girard.
