“How about we start that again?”This is a question Hans-Herbert Wiegand (74) asks the principal of the Martino-Katharineum in Braunschweig. He is talking about pedagogue Konrad Koch's work: the introducion of rugby as a sport to Germany at exactly this school. Wiegand is a creator, a colourful personality who knows that that everything begins in a small way. Successfully he opens rugby teams both for girls and boys and finally manages to start a club as well. He creates a little rugby world where he brings together diverse characters and shapes them to become little fighters.
